Economee Terms of Use

In short

Economee is an iPhone app that keeps your subscriptions in one place, tracks what you spend and reminds you before a charge. In-app purchases are handled by the App Store, so Apple's standard licence agreement applies to them.

Who we are

Economee is developed and published by TradeGreat Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001134951, Poland), referred to as "we" or "us". Contact: contact@tradegreat.io.

Agreement

By installing or using Economee you accept Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these Terms. If the two conflict, Apple's EULA governs the app licence and purchases; these Terms govern everything else.

No accounts

Economee has no accounts, no registration and no sign-in. You open the app and start using it. We do not create an account on our side, do not store passwords and have no server that holds user records. If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data syncs through your own private iCloud storage, which is handled entirely by Apple.

Economee is a general-audience app and is not directed at children.

What the app does

• Stores the subscriptions, prices and renewal dates you enter yourself.
• Calculates monthly and yearly spend, forecasts and estimated savings.
• Sends local notifications before an upcoming charge.
• Syncs your data between your devices through your personal iCloud, if you keep iCloud sync enabled in the app.
• Optionally imports transactions from a Monobank statement using a personal API token you provide (read-only access, see below).
• Optionally recognises subscription details from screenshots on your device.

Economee cannot cancel subscriptions for you and cannot move money or make payments on your behalf.

Bank statement import (Monobank)

If you choose to connect Monobank, you generate a personal read-only token at api.monobank.ua and enter it in the app. The token is stored only in your device's Keychain and is used solely to fetch your statement so the app can detect recurring charges. We never receive the token or your transactions. You can disconnect at any time via Settings → Disconnect and delete the token, and the token is deleted when you delete your account. Use of the Monobank API is subject to Monobank's own terms; we are not affiliated with Monobank and are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of its data.

Purchases and the Economee subscription

Some features require a paid auto-renewable subscription. Payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple.

• Price and billing period are shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The app cannot cancel it for you.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are issued by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Your data

Your subscription list is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud. Details, including the analytics we collect and third-party requests the app makes, are in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or circumvent restrictions on paid features. You may not use the app in any way that violates the law or the rights of Apple, Monobank or other third parties.

Intellectual property

The app, its code, design, the Economee name and logo belong to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store rules. The data you enter remains yours. Service logos shown in the app belong to their respective owners.

Not financial advice

Amounts, forecasts, currency conversions and estimated savings are for reference only and are calculated from what you entered or imported. Economee does not provide financial advice, and the decision to cancel any subscription is yours. We are not responsible for differences between the data in the app and actual charges by third parties.

Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. We do our best to deliver reminders on time, but we are not liable for a missed charge: notifications depend on your device settings and Apple's systems. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

Deleting your account and termination

You can delete everything at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This erases your data on the device and in iCloud, the Monobank token, reminders and settings. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings. We may discontinue the app or individual features with notice through the App Store or the app.

Changes

These Terms may change as the app evolves. We will notify you of material changes in the app. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
